| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Indiana must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Indiana street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Indiana or an entity authorized to do business in Indiana, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
